I have used the product for 3 customers and am working on a project that will involve the product for a 4th. 3 of the 4 need the product for data analysis. They want more sophisticated reports that what ACT! offers. We always use Crystal Reports when this request is given to us. As you know much of the data in ACT! is coded (i.e. “Record Manager”, “Scheduled With”, etc…). Your product makes designing reports in Crystal a breeze, because it converts the codes to meaningful data. This is good because the customers I have been working with have people in house that have Crystal skills but no idea how to use Crystal with ACT!.
