The SAM Client software provides a subset of SAM features and is intended for use by Sales people, Marketing people, and the person acting as your Office Administrator.
SAM Client allows sales/marketing people to easily add contacts to campaigns, to put them on Hold, and to remove them from a campaign.
SAM Client allows your Office Administrator to review correspondence that has been generated by SAM, before it goes out, to release letters to the printer when the correct paper form has been loaded, and to reprint letters or resend faxes and emails if some failure occurred. SAM Client also allows your Administrator to print out the Pending Activity Report and the Contact Stage Report; these are very useful for checking how your campaigns are doing.
The SAM Client does NOT INCLUDE the ability to change campaigns or to run campaigns. Changing campaigns is best handled by one person, and running campaigns is best done by using Windows Task Scheduler to run SAM, at least once a day, and automatically, on your server.
