If the FAXit_Stage field is set to Start, SAM checks if the SendFAX field is equal to Yes. If so SAM checks if the DocToFAX field is not blank. If so, SAM does a SendFAX using the Microsoft Word document whose disk location is stored in the contact's DocToFAX field. Then, SAM sets the SendFAX field to Sent and returns the contact to Start.
To use this campaign, all a user has to do is:
o Set SendFAX to Yes using ACT!
o Set DocToFAX to the full disk address of the Word document to fax
Of course, this can be done by doing a mass lookup of all the contacts you want to fax, and then doing and Edit/Replace to set all the contacts fields at once.
