Simple Email Followup Campaign
If the contact has a blank email field, the contact will be sent to stage No Email every time SAM runs.  If the contact does have an email, the IntroEmail message will be sent and the contact will go to Wait For Response where it will sit for 5 more days.  After 5 days, the contact will be sent email Followup-SpecialOffer.  After 5 more days, the contact will be sent Followup-SpecialOffer again, and will then be put in stage No Response.  If the salesperson hears from the contact, the salesperson will simply update field FollowupStatus.  If he or she picks Needs Proposal, one of the wild card transitions will fire and schedule a ToDo to Send Proposal for someone who is supposed to send the proposal and then will move the contact to Proposal Needed. 
 
So, if there is no response, the contact winds up in No Response.  If they ask for a proposal, the wind up in Proposal Needed.  If they call and say they are not interested, they move to No Interest.
 
The purpose of this campaign is to show how SAM works.  Your own custom campaign is likely to have different or more steps, make different decisions, and perform different actions.
