Updates and Upgrades: We try to continually improve our software. You are welcome to return to this page to download an updated version. Generally, there is no charge for downloading software with a version number that is identical or lower than the version you purchased. Click here to request a price quote for upgrading to a higher version number.
Sales Automation Manager and WebProspect are now priced by the number of Active Users. SAM and WebProspect (Version 11 and later) will check that the number of Active Users in the ACT! database does not exeed the number authorized by your purchase. So, before you install an update from this site, please verify that the license you previously purchased will cover the number of Active Users in your database. Uninstall First: To install a new version, you must first uninstall any version of that software now on your computer; but, don't worry uninstalling our software does not affect your existing files or settings. A convenient link to uninstall is located under Start... All Programs... Northwoods... Uninstall...
Windows Compatibility:These add-ons have been tested with Windows XP and Office 2003 and Office 2007. They should also work on Vista provided you follow certain rules (such as install as Administrator, disable UAC, set XP compatibility mode on the executable). Do a web search to find out how to make XP applications run on Vista. MailMerge, SAM, WebProspect, and ACT2Excel Version 10 (for ACT 2008) or later are now compatible with Vista x64 and Windows7 x64 systems. There are no plans to update Version 9 (for ACT 2007) or lower to work on x64 systems.

IMPORTANT: please be careful to download the version listed for your particular version of ACT! Installing an incorrect version can result in obscure errors!
Note: The below product versions are now frozen, are no longer supported, and will no longer be updated with new features. We therefore recommend that you upgrade your ACT to ACT 2010 or later for best results or if you are having problems.
Note: the Version 9 kits below will work with ACT 10.0 before doing the 10.0.03 update but we recommend that you update your ACT to 10.0.03 and use Version 10 of our products.
Sorry, nothing for ACT! 2005/2006 yet. We've been busy writing replacement add-ons, as the new version has all new add-on interfaces. Stay tuned though... you never know when the first Freebee 2006 will pop out.
