Shipping We do not ship meida - all our software is downloaded. Once we have processed your order, our automated site will email you download directions for the products you have ordered. This typically happens within a few minutes. If you are using one of our 30 day trials, after you have purchased from us, you will be able to request an unlock code for that application.

Also use the power of a web search (such as Google) to look up the meaning of error messages. We support purchased software products via Email - click the Support tab on the website or the Support tab from within the application. There is no charge for online support requested within the first 30 days after purchase; after 30 days technical support may require a credit card purchase in advance and will be billed by the half-hour. Prepaid support requests and requests from our resellers are always given the highest priority; we encourage you to purchase from and work with a reseller.
Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days after your purchase, and your money will be refunded. Contact us here for information on receiving a refund.
